Best Online Casino Reviews is published by Arabeskline Digital FZ-LLC. This page explains how to read our reviews, scores, bonus tables and guides, and where our responsibility ends. By using the site you accept this disclaimer together with our terms of use.

1. We review casinos, we do not run them

We write about online casinos that accept players from New Zealand. We do not offer gambling of any kind: we take no deposits, accept no bets and pay no winnings. The licence of every casino we cover belongs to that casino, issued by the authority named in our review, and it is the operator that answers for how its games and payments work.

2. Licensing in New Zealand

The casinos on this site are licensed outside New Zealand, for example in Curaçao or Malta. Online casino licensing in New Zealand under the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 is administered by the Department of Internal Affairs, and until licences are issued no online casino holds a New Zealand licence. A foreign licence means the operator answers to a foreign regulator. Before you sign up anywhere, consider what that means for you if something goes wrong.

3. General information, not personal advice

What we write about bonuses, wagering, payout speed, banking and games is general information. It is not advice on whether you should gamble or how much. Questions about tax, law or your finances belong with someone who can look at your own situation. Nothing on this site is a promise of winnings, and no review should be read as a reason to gamble.

4. Bonus terms change

Welcome offers, free spins, wagering requirements, maximum bets and withdrawal caps change often, and not always with notice. We copy figures from the operator's own terms page and show the date we checked them, but a figure can be out of date the day after. The terms the operator shows at the moment you sign up or accept an offer are the ones that count. Read them yourself before you deposit. If you find a figure on our site that no longer matches, tell us.

5. Scores and order

The order of our tables and the scores in our reviews come from the 24-point method described in How we review casinos: licence, payout speed, NZ$ banking, bonus terms and more. A score is the editorial team's assessment at a given date. It is no guarantee of how an operator will treat you, how fast a withdrawal will clear or how support will answer.

6. Commission

We may receive commission when a reader opens an account through one of our links. That is how the site is paid for. Commission does not change what we write about an operator's terms and cannot buy a better position. How it works is set out on our advertiser disclosure page.

7. Operators and other websites

When you follow a link from us, you leave our site. Everything after that — registration, identity checks, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and complaints — is between you and the operator, under the operator's terms. We are not responsible for the content of other websites, for how they handle your data or for whether they are available. If you have a dispute with an operator, start with its own complaints procedure and then the body named on its licence; our contact page explains the usual order.

8. Information from other sources

Some of what we publish comes from others: game studios' figures for return to player (RTP) and volatility, operators' terms, regulators' notices and New Zealand publications. We reproduce them as carefully as we can and name the source where possible, but we cannot guarantee that the source is right or that the information still applies.

9. Free games and guides

Free demo games on this site are provided by game studios for entertainment and play with no real money. Results in a demo do not show what will happen with real money. Our guides explain how games and bonuses work. A strategy can lower the house edge in some games but cannot remove it, and worked examples show the principle, not what you will experience.

10. Errors and corrections

Even with checks, mistakes happen: a figure is copied wrongly, a link stops working, an operator changes an offer the day we publish. We correct errors as soon as we know about them. Correcting a figure does not mean we accept responsibility for decisions made on the earlier version.

11. Copyright and trade marks

The text and tables on this site are protected by copyright. Trade marks and logos of operators, game studios and payment services are shown so you can recognise them. They belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not mean the owner endorses our content.

12. Age

This site is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use it and do not gamble for money.

13. When gambling stops being fun

Gambling can lead to debt and to problems at home and at work. Decide in advance how much time and money you will spend and stick to it. Use the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools operators offer. Free, confidential help is available in New Zealand from the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655, 24 hours a day; more services are listed on our responsible gambling page.

14. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the content correct and the site available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free. Arabeskline Digital FZ-LLC is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from acting on anything published here, from gambling losses, from an operator's actions or from technical outages. This does not limit rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

15. The site and its availability

We cannot promise the site will always be available or work the same in every browser and on every device. We may change, move or remove content without notice, for example when an operator loses its licence or an offer ends.

16. Changes

We update this page when the site or the rules change. The date at the top shows the last change.
