Corrections and wrong figures

Every number on this site is taken from a source: the operator’s own terms page, a licence register, or a New Zealand publication such as the Gambling Act, a Department of Internal Affairs release or a TAB NZ report. Sources change without telling us. If a wagering requirement, a withdrawal limit, a payout window or a licence number no longer matches what you can see at the operator, send us the page URL and what you saw. We check it against the source, and either correct the page and move the «last checked» date, or write back explaining why the figure stands. We aim to answer inside two working days and to have a confirmed correction live within five.

If a casino has treated you badly

We are a review site, not a regulator, and we cannot release a withheld balance, reverse a closed account or force a payout. What we can do is tell you where a complaint actually goes. Start with the operator’s own complaints procedure in writing, then escalate to the body named on its licence — the Curaçao Gaming Authority or the Malta Gaming Authority run formal dispute routes, and several operators also use an independent ADR service. Operators, affiliates and agencies

Requests to be listed go through Get listed, not through this address, and a listing is never sold: placement in our tables follows the 24-point review and nothing else. How the site is paid for is set out in full in our advertiser disclosure. Broken tracking links, a changed brand name or a licence that has moved are worth telling us about — those we fix quickly.
